Formerly known as Cotmaton Cottage. Circa1830. Thatched stucco house
1 storey and 3 half dormers with 'eyebrows' over. Dormers have 2-light
casements. French windows with pointed heads on ground floor. Tent roof
verandah with trellis columns. South-east front has 2 ground floor bays
of 10 lights each with 4 centred heads, coved cornices. Central enclosed
porch with thin panelled Doric columns and coved cornice.
