Semi detached 2 storey stucco faced houses circa 1840-50. Low pitch gable
end slate roof with wavy eaves board. 1 window each, tall recessed sashes
3 x 4 panes, the top ones 4 centred. Slightly splayed reveals, block
sills. Entrances to side, that of Roseneath in lean-to bay with door of
6 panels 4 moulded, 2 flush.
