rear of the right (north) side. 2 storeys. Tudor Gothic style.
Exterior: symmetrical 2-window front arranged around a central doorway behind an

horned 4-pane sashes with sandstone reveals. At first floor level is a flat stone
platband. On the first floor there is a single central window; a round-head

wall. The roof is gable-ended and the left gable has cusped bargeboards and the
windows below are horned 4-pane sashes. The right gable has a first floor casement
and surround made of cream-coloured brick.
