GV II

House, now solicitors' office. Part of a much altered c1820-30
terrace. Yellow stock brick in Flemish bond. Roof concealed. 3
storeys and basement, 1 wide bay. 5 steps approach 4 flush
panelled door with fanlight set within stucco moulded round
arch on imposts. On right is an altered 2-storey tripartite
canted bay to ground and first floors with centre sash and
narrow flanking sashes, frieze and cornice. Second floor has 1
sash set under rendered flat arch, brick dentil band, coped
parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
