Formerly house (remaining part of terrace) now office. Early
C19. Brick, now painted with roof concealed by parapet. Brick
dentil cornice. Three storeys and basement: one window.
Recessed 24-pane sashes to second and first floors. Shallow
tripartite bow window to ground floor with 8:12:8 panes
divided by reeded pilasters, frieze, dentil cornice and
panelled aprons. left side doorcase in panelled reveal with
dentilled pediment, decorated frieze, pilasters and
six-panelled door. C20 area railings.
INTERIOR: moulded cornice to front room and early C19 door
surround with reeded architrave and square paterae.
