Probably C18 or earlier, altered. Stone tower at angle of garden wall,
rubble masonry, partly roughcast. Tapered walls, rounded corner abutting road.
Late C19 roof, dormer and casement windows. Lead tank dated 1653. Said
to have been a look-out tower belonging to an earlier house, and possibly
part of fortifications. Now used as small dwelling house.
