House. C17. Rubblestone with painted stone door and window dressings.
Hipped old tile roof. 3 bays and 2 storeys. Letter L plan with south
east wing at rear with modern brick infill bay in angle with slated
roof. North front has central door in heavy stone architrave with key
block, stone cornice and broken segmental pediment. Above is oval
window in stone surround with quadrant blocks. Outer bays have moulded
stone mullioned and transomed cross casements. C19 lights. Right hand
stack. Other elevations have casement windows. South east wing south
elevation rendered and with stack. Interior. Right hand ground floor room
has chamfered and stopped spine beam. Cambered fireplace lintel.
Console bracket to spine beam. Timber framed crosswalls.
