Built in 1814, house to rear of Sessions House. Local brown
brick, slate roof, two stacks. Two storeys with basement. Four
'bays'. Parapet with stone copings, and cornice band. Three
twelve-paned hung sash windows and one blind window at first
floor. Two entrances flank late C19 single storey street
extension with large three-light hung sash window. Half-glazed
door to right hand approached by steps with iron railings.
