Mid to late C18 house, now annex to Queen's Hotel. Local brown
brick; interlocking modern tile roof; end stacks. Red brick
dressings to quoins, window and door jambs. Three storeys, five
'bays'. Plinth. Five second floor recessed, original C18 six-
paned hung sash window in cambered, gauged red brick arches.
Five similar first floor, and four ground floor twelve-paned
windows. Six-panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Door
with eight fielded panels. Wooden canopy supported by carved
console brackets. Interior has original cornices and chimney
pieces, now linked to No. 12 as hotel extension.
