Principal Farm Building

GV II

J shaped farm building consisting of shippons with hay lofts over,
granary barn and cartshed, 1890, by Douglas and Fordham for the 1st
Duke of Westminster. Red brick with blue diapering; half-timbered
gables; red tile roofs. Vents of complex patterns in brickwork to
hayloft. Boarded rectangular loading doors to lofts. Window openings
to shippons altered, but in keeping.
