Farmhouse, 1890, by Douglas and Fordham for the 1st Duke of
Westminster. Stone-dressed red brick with blue diapering; upper panel
and gable to front are half-timbered; red tile roofs. Two storeys
plus attics. Open oak-framed porch with red tile pentice roof. Iron
casements (with leaded glazing to front) in openings with bevelled
sandstone surrounds and mullions. Oak front door with panels of
leaded glazing.
