SJ 75 SE BARTHOMLEY C.P. ENGLESEA BROOK

6/10 Manor Farmhouse

Farm House, early C18, rendered brick with tile roof. "T" shaped plan,
2 storeys, 3 bays with later added bay east. Projecting gabled porch
with barge boards and framed ledged and battened door with plain Tudor
arched transome light above. Three-light casement windows with
glazing bars and stone sills to ground and first floors. Those at
first floor level with gabled dormer roofs. The added bay has a
two-light ground floor casement and a large semi-circular gable bow
with conical roof below barge boards. This has lead lattice casements
at both levels. The original building had gable end stacks.
Interior: Chamfered beams and six panel doors.
