On the common boundary of the Parishes of Elton and Long Newton. C18 or early
C19. Long, low parapet of coursed sandstone rubble with flat, stone coping.
Bank at road level about segmental chamfered arches. Outer buttresses. Very poor
condition, facing stone falling away in places and supported by concrete
buttresses.
