5/66 Outhouse at Millbank

Farm outhouse. Late C17 with C19 addition. Timber-framed with
whitewashed brick infill. Slate roof, originally thatch. Single
storey. Entrance front: 10 x 2 cells of small framing on stone
plinth with angle struts to corners and centre. Two C19 windows.
Door to 6th bay from left. Brick extension to right painted to
simulate timber framing. Left hand end of 5 x 2 cells of small
framing with queen strut to gable and 3-light ground floor window.
Rear: Some timber framing extant inside C19 outshut.
Interior: Two trusses with queen posts and angle struts. Wind
bracing.
