Mid late C19. 2 storey pair with 2 windows each, No 45 with a 2 window return
to Lawrence Street. Brick built with stone or stucco moulded cill and cill
bands and quoins; wooden modillion eaves cornice. _Slate roof, lipped to Lawrence
Street (to which.are 2 round headed dormers); coped verge and kneeler to east.
To north each house has a single then a double round-headed window with stone
or stucco architraves and keys. 3 light bays with dentil cornices on ground
floor. Pilastered 4 panel doorpieces to left with panelled pilasters, reveals
and doors and with heavy scrolls to entablatures. Rendered to ground floor cill 1
bay window to Lawrence Street.
