The list description should be amended to read:
Farmhouse. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Painted stone rubble. Asbestos
slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with rendered
shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance, each room heated for a gable end stack.
Attached to rear right a single storey outshut, unheated, probably originally
as a dairy. Now open plan on ground floor (1988).
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front; all windows are late Cl8 12-pane
sashes with cambered arches; central C20 glazed door. Right and left sides
blind. Single storey outshut to rear right.
Interior: Cleared. 2 granite steps along back, plank door. Fireplace has
cambered arch. Back wing has bread oven.
