Shop with house attached to right, formerly row of houses. Probably C18, with later
alterations, addition of C19 and C20 alterations. Stone rubble, rendered and lined
out. Slate roof with ridge tiles, hipped to left and with gable end to right; axial
stack heated 2 rooms to left end.
Plan: Kellow Crafts is to left, of 2-room plan. To right, attached house of 2-room
plan with central entrance; this also has a door to the room to right, and a one-room
addition to the right end, heated by a gable end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, Kellow Crafts has ground floor half-glazed C20 door, 2-light
casement at 16-pane C19 sash to right. First floor has two 2-light casements of 8-
panes with L hinges. To right, the attached house has 4-panelled door, 16-pane C19
sash to left and 3-light C20 casement and C20 door to right; first floor has 2 C19 2-
light casements of 8-panes with hinges. The end addition to right has ground floor
C20 window with segmental head and first floor C19 2-light casement of 8-panes with L
hinges. Right side is slate-hung at upper level.
