Kingsand

9/85 Beach House

GV II

House. Dated 1784 on front, with C19 windows and C20 alterations. Rubble, rendered,
hipped slate roof with crestings and brick stack to rear right.
Double depth plan with 2 principal front rooms and central entrance; probably service
rooms to rear.
3 storeys and 3 windows, all 4-pane sashes, central double doors with plain pilasters
and cornice. Boxed eaves.
Interior: not inspected.
