House. Early C19. Killas rubble with some granite bonders with dressed granite
quoins, sills, jambstones and lintels which are incised to resemble voussoirs. Dry
Delabole slate roof, renewed circa 1980, with brick chimneys over gable ends.
Plan of 2 equal front rooms flanking central passage leading to central stair and
with narrower service room under single-storey lean-to behind left-hand room.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window north front. Central doorway with 4-panel door.
Original 16-pane hornless sash over door and original 20-pane hornless sashes to
ground and first floor right, all with much original crown glass. Windows to left of
doorway are 20-pane horned replacement sashes.
Interior not inspected as the property was unoccupied at the time of survey (1985).
