SW 83 NE GERRANS THE LUGGER (south side),Porthscatho

- and garden wall

GV II

House, end 1 of terrace of 3 and garden wall to front. Stucco over rubble walls,
scantle slate roof with slightly projecting eaves hipped to left with brick chimney
over side party wall. 2 room double depth central stair plan. 2 storeys. 3 window
north, road front. Central doorway with 4-panel door and overlight. This and
flanking ground floor openings have stucco hoods and consoles. First floor windows
have moulded stucco architraves, all have stucco sills on consoles and retain
original 12-pane hornless sashes. Stucco pilasters with vermiculated rustications
with console cornice to ground floors and incised scroll panel over.
Interior not inspected.
Painted, coped rubble wall to road front curves in and ramps towards gate piers.
Wooden gate with 3 cross braces over lock rail.
