House, possibly originally 2. Probably early C19. Slatestone rubble walls, rendered
front, asbestos slate roof with gable ends. 1 axial and 1 rear lateral chimney. 3
room single depth plan. 2 storeys. 4 window east front, all 16-pane hornless
sashes. Window below and to right of window may be in former door position. Doorway
below window 3 and 4-panel top glazed door. Moulded wooden doorcase. Remains of C19
ornate cast iron verandah of 3 bays along front.
