Farmhouse. Perhaps C17, altered and enlarged. Uncoursed rubble with quoins,
painted white, composition tile roof. Single-depth 2-unit plan, with addition to
left end. Two storeys and 2 bays (plus added bay to left), almost symmetrical;
central doorway protected by modern glazed porch; 2 large modern casement
windows on each floor; chimneys at both original gables, that to the right
projected (making a stepped gable wall). Interior: right-hand gable wall has large
square fireplace with chamfered granite surround, bread oven in left side (now
blocked).
