Shop with dwelling. Probably later C19, Scored stucco facade, uncoursed
rubble sides and rear, scantle slate roof. Rectangular double-depth plan.
Two storeys and 3 bays; granite plinth, channelled corner pilasters; the
right-hand half of the ground floor is occupied by a double-fronted shop

overlight (lettered "COWLIN") between large 2-light windows, immediately
to the left of which is the domestic doorway with pilaster jambs and
recessed door with overlight, all under a plain frieze and prominent cornice
(modern fascia board attached to frieze); the other openings are 4-pane
horned sashed windows with raised sills Hipped roof with prominent
projecting eaves; chimney at left side wall. Rear: unhorned sashed windows
with glazing bars: two 12-paned at ground floor, one 16-paned at 1st floor,
