Early C19. Roughcast front with rusticated quoins and plain architraves
to sash windows, no glazing bars. Two storeys, three windows. Double
fronted, shop with cornice on console brackets. Slate hipped roof. Group
value only.

Nos 1, 2 and 3 Chy-an-Chy, with Nos 62, 64 and 65 to 75 (odd) and Methodist
Church in Fore Street, form a group.
