C18 roughcast. Three storeys and attic. Two sash windows, no glazing
bars. Steps and landing to first floor door, iron balcony railings,
fielded panel door at centre. Entrance to store under balcony has
segmental granite lintel. Slurried slate roof. Large modern dormer.
