Vault built into bank of churchyard and surmounted by two chest tombs. C18 vault to Hawkins family of Tredrea (qv) and late C19 chest tomb to Hawkins family of Trewinnard (q.v.). The vault is granite ashlar with moulded granite border, sarcophagus is limestone and the chest tomb is granite ashlar with moulded granite lid.
Plan: Vault is rectangular on plan with only west (entrance) side and south side visible, otherwise hidden under bank of earth. The sarcophagus and chest tomb are situated over the vault at either end. Both are rectangular on plan with their long axes west-east.
Casket-shaped sarcophagus stands on four square-on-plan moulded feet over a moulded plinth. An urn stands over the pyramidal lid. Chest tomb has relief inscriptions to the sides.
