Lavender Cottage

House. Early - mid C19 with some C20 alterations. Squared elvan stone rubble
with stone dressings. Bitumenised slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends.
Gable end stack to right with brick shaft.
Plan: One-room plan, with entrance to passage to left and room to right heated
from a gable end stack. Later shallow rear outshut.
Exterior: 2 storeys and one window; ground and first floor to right a C20 16-pane
sash with cambered stone arches. To left a C20 panelled door with flat stone
arch. Right side blind.
Interior: Not inspected.
