House. Early - mid C19 with some C20 alterations. Squared elvan stone rubble with
stone dressings. Asbestos slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end
stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan, each room of equal size and heated from a gable end stack, with
central entrance.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front; all windows are C19 16-pane sashes
in exposed boxes with stone voussoirs. Central C19 6-panelled door with 2 glazed
panels inserted.
Interior: Not inspected.
