Low wall to either side of central gate (C20, wooden) has rusticated stone pier
with cornice at each end. Cast-iron railings to top of wall have lobed
standards and urn finials. Probably mid C19 as present arrangement does not
appear on 1840 tithe map (this shows an offset entrance).
