Farmbuildings forming a planned farmyard to the south west of Leigh Barton (qv).
1870 (datestone) for the Duke of Bedford. Stone rubble with slate roofs and brick
dressings to the dunghouse. The buildings are arranged on 2 levels forming a higher
and adjoining lower yard. The higher yard has a shippon and stables and incorporates
a circa C16 barn (seperately listed). The lower yard has a central dunghouse with
access to the first floor from the higher yard and open fronted livestock and
cartsheds with pens.
