House. Late C18. Double-depth plan with side entrance. Flemish
bond red brick with Welsh slate hipped roof. 3 storeys. Front
(to Frindsbury Road): 3 window range. Parapet with stone coping
and cornice band. 12-pane sash windows in reveals under rubbed
brick flat arches, one centre window to 2nd floor blocked.
Weatherboarded south (right) return with c.1830 pilastered
doorcase with architrave and cornice, panelled reveals and
soffit, 2 leaf 6-panel doors with margin lights and rectangular
overlight with roundel glazing.
