House. Thought to date from mid C18 (probably rear range) with early C19 front range. Front
range of red brick with gambrel tiled roof Rear range rendered with tiled roof in 2 hips. Two
brick chimneystacks. Front range of two storeys and attics; 3 windows. Modillion eaves cornice
and cement plinth. Two dormers with casement windows. Otherwise 16-pane sashes, except
for central first floor 12-pane sash, all with rubbed brick voussoirs and moulded architraves.
Central doorcase with 6 panelled door (the top 4 panels glazed) and wooden porch. Rear range
is of 2 storeys; 4 windows. Mainly 8 or 12 pane cambered sashes. Interior features include plank
doors, a cupboard with L-hinges and a wooden fireplace with later C19 cast iron firegrate.
