House. C18 with major alterations and additions in 1953. Rendered masonry.
Stone-flagged roof and stone chimney stacks.

2 storeys, 4 bays. Set-back left bay is later addition. Replaced glazed door
and renewed projecting surround in right bay. Door lintel inscribed : 1733 IAM
1953. Replaced windows with projecting sills:, 12-pane sashes to ground floor;
9-pane sashes above. Roof with coped gables and shaped kneelers. Rebuilt-end
and ridge stacks with top bands.

One-storey addition to right and C20 additions to rear are not of special
interest.

Has considerable village-scape value.

This building should not be confused with Brook House on west side of East Green.
