Farmhouse with outbuilding. Probably late C18. Sandstone rubble with quoins
and ashlar dressings. Roof concrete tiles with stone slates at eaves, and
rendered brick chimneys; outhouse has pantiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays and
1-storey, 2-bay outbuilding set back at left. Central gabled one-storey
porch has 4-pane fixed light and throughstones in gable peak; boarded door in
right return. Outer bays have flat stone lintels over ground-floor horizontal
sliding 4-pane sashes, with projecting stone sills, and renewed first floor,
sashes of late C19 type, without sills. Banded end chimneys. Left return has
horizontal sliding sash on ground floor towards front of building and
outbuilding has blocked door and 2 small windows.
