Mid C19 detached villa in Eldon Square style. 2 storeys with 2 1/2 storey gabled
break off-centre right. Stucco. 2:1:1 windows, glazing bar sashes with moulded
architraves. Bracketed pediment over 1st floor window of break and over doorway
to right. Glazed verandah (modern greenhouse) to left hand bays. Slate roof
with projecting eaves. Rear interesting: ground floor bow to break which is
continued through and forms gabled centrepiece to composition. Linked to No
83 and 85 by garden entrance which has slight pediment in parapet over.
