Circa 1840. Italianate pair. Bath stone ashlar. Slate roof. 3 bays with
gabled centre break. 2½ storeys, ground floor channelled, sides 2 storeys.
Basement. Band over ground floor and under centre attic, moulded cornice and
blocking course to sides. Central arched panel with window in attic, flanking
round headed windows with corbelled cills. Glazing bar sash windows with marginal glazing. 4 on 1st floor with raised surrounds, inner with corbelled stone balconies with metal guards. Inner ground floor windows French casements to wide balconies with arched railings supported on short Doric-type column from
basement area retaining walls. Outer 2½ glazed doors with steps, No 13 with
projecting stone porch having shouldered lintel. Central panel pier on 1st
floor with urn capping.
