Lodge. Early C.19 - altered and extended 1875. Rendered. Double Roman tiles,
plain clay tiles at eaves. Raised coped verges. 4 room cottage extended as
irregular, picturesque lodge. North, roadside, elevation has 2 windows,
2 storeys. Central, gabled bay window of 1875; on either side segmental headed
casements. First floor has one window in wall, out in eaves dormer. To west
is large 2 storey gable porch with reset mediaeval tracery from St James,
Winscombe. Ground floor has a flat headed, 4-centre arch doorway and a 3-light
opening with cusped tracery. First floor has similar 2-light window. Cusped
trefoil at attic. South elevation has a 2 storey part tile-hung with first
floor centred timber oriel.
