House. Circa mid C18. Painted and rendered stone rubble. Rag slate roof to front
slope and asbestos slate roof to rear with hipped end on right and half-hipped end on
left. Brick chimney stack on lower right-hand hipped end.
Plan altered, possibly either 3 room and through passage plan with entrance now moved
from right to left of centre or alternatively two 1-room cottages with pair of
entrances near centre of front elevation.
2 storeys, regular 4-window front with ground sloping down to right. Ground floor
with wide C19 8-pane sash on left, probably C19 painted brick porch with hipped slate
roof and C20 door in right-hand side elevation, C19 4-pane sash in probably blocked
entrance and wide C19 8-pane sash to right, all with timber lintels. First floor
with 4 C19 6-pane sashes above ground floor openings. Rear elevation with C20 full-
dormers with sashes.
