House. Circa mid C18. Rendered and painted stone rubble. Slate roof with gable
ends and brick chimney stack on right-hand gable end.
2 room and through passage plan with internal partitions removed on ground and first
floor.
2 storeys and attic, regular 2-window front. Ground floor with 2 C19 12-pane sashes
flanking partly glazed C19 door with slate hood. First floor with 2 circa C19 12-
pane sashes. Attic with circa late C19/C20 2-light casement in raked full-dormer
above right-hand window openings.
Interior with large partly blocked fireplace on right-hand gable end. Fairly slight
ceiling beams to ground and first floor. 2 roof trusses with wall posts continued up
as principal rafters on front and principal rafters jointed to wall posts on rear.
Principals partly halved, lapped and pegged at apex with lapped and pegged collars.
