1907-8 by Crouch and Butler. Cement rendering, slate roof. Two storeys, lattice casement windows with stone mullions and stone flush surrounds. Four-centred chamfered arch to doorway.

Forms a group with Four Oaks Methodist Church, Hall and Wesley Cottage, Litchfield Road.
