Circa 1908 by Cossins, Peacock and Bewlay in modified Art Nouveau style.
Whitewashed pebbledash, steeply pitched tiled roof with box dormer. 2 storeys
and attics, flush casement windows with glazing bars. Ashlar surround to stair
window with stone mullion and transom. 2 plaques of flower designs in Art
Nouveau manner.
