Stable Block Approximately 50 Metres To West Of Wasing Place

Stable block, now residential. Late C18. Grey brick headers, plat band at cill
level, parapet with stone coping, hipped slate roof, central timber bellcote
with lead cap and weathervane. One storey and attic; 9 bays, with one bay set
back to right; glazing bar sashes with arched heads and Gothick glazing bars.
Central depressed arch with double boarded doors and blank tympanum. Half
glazed doors in the 3rd and 7th bays from left, with Gothick glazing bars in
fanlights above; similar door in wing set back to right.
