Farmhouse. C18, rebuilt early C19. Limestone ashlar, hipped
Welsh slate roof, ashlar stacks. L-plan. 2-storey, 3-window
front. Central C20 door with pedimented Tuscan porch, either side
is 16-pane sash. First floor has plat band, three 16-pane sashes.
Deep eaves. Right return has 12-pane sash to left, 2 recessed
chamfered mullioned windows with dripstones to right, first floor
has one blind mullioned window to left, two 2-light recessed
chamfered mullioned windows to right. Left return has late C19
three-light casement and 12-pane sash to ground floor, plat band to
first floor; two late C19 casements. Rear wing is C18 range with
3-light leaded casements, rear of main range has cross window and
planked door, datestone with date 1828 and small lozenge with date
1712 is set below eaves level.
Interior has reeded fireplace surrounds with paterae, 4-panelled
doors. Built for Wyndhams of Phillips House (q.v.), Dinton C.P.
