House. Early C19. Roughcast, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor
windows. Between bays 1 and 2, C20 6-panel door in ashlar surround with
sundial on keystone. In bay one on both floors, tripartite sash windows
with glazing bars; in bays 2 and 3 sashes with glazing bars and exposed sash
boxes. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, 3 stacks at ends and between bays
1 and 2. NYCVBSG Report No. 752 identifies a C17 core of hearth-passage
plan form.
