Manor house. Mid-late C17. Sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings, C20
concrete interlocking tile roof. L-shaped plan. 2 1/2 storeys, 5 first-floor
windows. Chamfered rusticated quoins. Central doorway masked by glazed
screen. Chamfered mullion windows, of 2-lights and with hoodmoulds, except
for single-light windows on both floors in second and fourth bays. In
centre, dormer window with 2-light double-chamfered mullion window with
hoodmould, shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, and below the window a blank
ashlar moulded panel. In angle with rear range to right, C20 triangular-
plan addition, with reset bolection-moulded doorway with stepped base,
cornice on consoles and with pedimented moulding above cornice. Interior:
not inspected.
