Early C19 house. Gault brick. Hipped, slate roof of low pitch with boarded and
panelled eaves. Internal stack. Two-storeys. North elevation, first-floor has
cambered gauged brick arches to four window range of hung sashes with glazing bars.
Semi-circular headed arches to four slightly recessed bays with similar hung sashes at
ground-floor. Entry in west elevation. Double recessed, semi-circular headed fanlight
with glazing bars. Adjoining original cast iron screen of four slender reeded columns
supporting frieze with geometrical design. East elevation has original cast iron porch
with gabled, slate roof.
Interior: staircase of two flights. Open-string with moulded rail and square section
balusters.
