Late C18 or early C19 house. Gault brick. Asbestos roof of steep pitch with tumbled
parapet gable ends. Two-storeys. Symmetrical three window range of horizontal sliding
sashes with glazing bars in cambered arches. Two hung sashes with glazing bars in
similar arches flank central doorway. Doorcase of pilasters with plain entablature and
flat canopy supported on paired console brackets. Four panelled door with two glazed
panels.
