Dated 1825 on plaque in rear wall. Gault brick double pile house. Hipped slate roof
of low pitch. Boarded eaves. End stacks. Two-storeys. Flat arches to range of four
hung sashes with glazing bars at first-floor. Stone band below sill. Ground-floor has
semi-circular headed arches to four recessed bays, each with one similar hung sash.
Side entry. Double recessed, semi-circular headed arch of gauged brick to doorway.
Inner order moulded. Recessed door panelled and glazed. Fanlight with glazing bars.
Panelled reveals. Semi-circular headed arch to staircase window of hung sashes with
margin lights of coloured glass. Original wrought iron gateway to road. Wall at rear.
Gault brick, with some red brick, and Warboys white saddleback coping brick.
