Gatehouse, 'R B R 1650' over gateway. Slobbered rubble with stone slate roof.
Wide chamfered semi-elliptical arch on ground floor flanked by chimneys
corbelled out at 1st floor level with weathered offsets. Central rebated and
chamfered window on 1st floor of 4 lights, with 2-light window on each side
beyond chimney stacks. Gables have copings and finials, only the north-east
finial retaining its ball. The south-east wall has a similar arch with a
2-light chamfered mullioned window with hood mould on each side. The 1st
floor has a 2-light chamfered mullioned window to the left, a 4-light
rebated and chamfered reconstructed mullioned window over the arch, with a
2-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window to the right. The north-east
gable wall as a 4-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window on the 1st
floor and a 2-light chamfered attic window.
