House. c.1830. Gault brick; low pitched slate roof, end
stacks. Two storeys. Dentil brick eaves cornice. Central four
flush-panelled door with rectangular fanlight and flat canopy
supported on shaped brackets. Two recessed sixteen-paned hung
sash windows and three similar first floor windows with flat
brick arches. Included for group value.
